Rapid Adoption Program (RAP)

The Rapid Adoption Program (RAP) is designed to help new customers start using iTest in a quick and efficient manner.  It is available in 5-day and 12-day versions and is delivered onsite at the customer location.  The program includes a combination of product training, test asset creation, and workflow guidelines that is customized to the customer’s specific needs, products, and processes.  A typical RAP may include the following:

• Product orientation
• Workflow analysis
• Hands-on product training
• Test and asset creation
• Leveraging iTest within the company’s quality workflow
• Advanced techniques and features
